Trays for Caps for wine and cava

In collaboration with the manufacturers of caps for wine and cava bottles, we developed the thermoformed tray for caps. It is a container specifically designed for packaging, storage and transport to the warehouse and back. The aim is to ensure that the caps arrive in perfect condition at their destination, replacing single-use cardboard packaging, this way the trays can be reused multiple times. Once emptied into the cellar, trays return to the manufacturer to be refilled again.

These trays for caps are made of Polystyrene (PS) plastic which is recyclable, lightweight and resistant to ensure its integrity during transport, storage and recyclability.

Its design allows working in automated processes both for filling in the caps manufacturer's plant and also for emptying in the warehouse.

At D Mas Sutur we think about the environment, and this is why our trays for muzzles are reusable and produced with recyclable material.
